A drawing I did a couple of weeks back when I was in a drawing rut. Still am, actually...
Anyway, it's from a picture I found on the web. I used mechanical pencil and a white charcoal pencil on recycled paper sketchbook. I like how it turned out. When I look at it, sometimes the likeness is there, sometimes it's not.
yeah this is a good work, i can see the resmeblence yet is also has it own unqiue look, great expression, the recycled paper works well with the median chocie
wow.. this is gorgeous, I love the use of the recycled paper as a base colour for the skin tone, and the way you've shaded in the hair in one block with the stronger outline. Her eyes are quite magic, you've captured their depth really well. The shading of the skin tones is nothing short of delicious, so very subtle, you must have a half decent scanner for it not to mangle them. Bravo, a great piece.
cakes my man, once again you have outdone yourself, its totally amazing dude

The features are definitely hers, just the highlight on the side without the spiral throws you off when you try to study the sketch.
Great linework.
