Since the Street Fighter tribute book is out, I guess I can post my entry.
I hate hindsight. Because now I can see so many things I wish I had done differently. I wish I had painted a lot smoother. I wish I had learned digital inking before this. I wish I didn't wait until the last minute to start coloring this. I wish the poses didn't look so stiff. The biggest eyesore for me is Cammy's arm just sticking out completely horizontal. Bleh.
But all in all, I'm happy with it. Don't let all my complaining fool you. I do love this piece. I especially love how their legs turned out.

Your work is very charismatic. I really like the piece, and I like your work overall. You're not asking for a crit, so feel free to ignore me: I'd love to see you push color in your flesh tones, and in your general palette. Your rendering is nice and everything works, but I'd like to see how you handle more adventurous hues.

Just a small SF note: it'd be nice to see Chun Li's hyper muscular thighs. It's a brave character design choice that Capcom took there, and as an appreciator it's fun for me to see people play with those proportions.

i love how you create form with the colors..... I see what you mean about the horizontal arm, but outside of that, I don't see them being stiff at all, Chun Li is in a position of dominance so her upright position makes sense. Cammy looks like she's trying to get away and can't, so the frustration looks apparent. Don't beat yourself up about this, it definitely works and is very nice to see. can't wait to get my copy=]
