I really like the nice, clean linework in this. Nice job on the shading as well; the simple style of it compliments the linework. A small suggestion if you don't mind. She looks a bit disproportionate. I'm not talking about her breasts; I understand you were going for that particular look as far as they go. It's her lower body (her hips and legs) that doesn't seem to quite fit. It just looks too small for her upper body. The bulky jacket accentuates her top half, and makes it look even more off. Her hips especially are very narrow compared to her upper body/shoulder width. That said, I do like this.
